Cancellation & Refund Policy
At SIBILLA's Coaching, your time and growth matter deeply. To make sure your experience is smooth and effective, here’s how we handle rescheduling and cancellations.
1. Individual Sessions

Rescheduling: You can reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be refunded or carried forward.

If something unexpected happens, just let me know and we’ll find a solution together.
2. Prepaid Packages

Rescheduling: You can move your sessions within your package as long as you give 24 hours’ notice. Ideally, all sessions should happen within the package timeframe (1 month = 3 sessions, 2 months = 6 sessions, 4 months = 10 sessions).

Cancellations:

Full refund is available within 7 days of purchase.

After 7 days, a small administrative fee (up to 10%) may apply to cover preparation and scheduling.

Refunds cover only the unused sessions; any sessions already completed are non-refundable.

3. Workshops & Events

Rescheduling: Because workshops and events have limited space and preparation, moving your spot is usually not possible. Exceptions can be discussed if you contact me promptly.

Cancellations:

Full refund if cancelled at least 7 days before the event.

Less than 7 days: refunds may not be possible, but we can explore alternatives like transferring to a future event or credit toward another program.
