Q&A
Here’s a guide to common questions about coaching and our work together. Think of it as a starting point to explore how coaching can support you. If a question comes to mind that isn’t covered here, just reach out — I’d love to hear from you and help you find clarity for your next steps.
What is coaching, and how can it support me?
Coaching is a supportive, forward-focused process that helps you gain clarity, reconnect with your inner resources, and move toward meaningful change. Rather than giving advice or ready-made answers, coaching offers a structured and caring space to explore what truly matters to you, make conscious choices, and take aligned steps forward. It is a collaborative process built on trust, presence, and respect for your unique rhythm and lived experience.
Why coaching might be right for me?
• You have a goal, idea, dream, or project but don’t know where to start or how to continue — and feel you need structure, motivation, and renewed energy. •You are facing a challenging situation and are seeking clarity to make a thoughtful, conscious decision. •You are living in a foreign cultural environment and wish to find your place within a new community — developing your own tools for integration, belonging, and inner stability. •You feel ready to take responsibility for your next steps and want supportive guidance rather than pressure or advice.
Why coaching might not be right for me?
•You are currently experiencing an acute psychological crisis •You are seeking treatment for a mental health condition. In such moments, working with a licensed mental health professional can offer the depth and containment that coaching is not designed to provide. Coaching focuses on the present and the future — on awareness, choice, and forward movement. It is most effective when a person has reached a certain level of emotional stability and inner safety. Choosing the right form of support at the right time is an act of care toward yourself.
What can I expect from the first (introductory) session?
The first session creates a solid foundation for our work together. We explore what brings you to coaching now, clarify your goals and challenges, identify your core values, and reconnect with your inner motivation and personal resources. This helps us see the bigger picture and understand what truly matters to you beneath the surface.
What happens after the first session?
After the first session, we create a personalized coaching plan tailored to your goals, values, and rhythm. This plan serves as a flexible roadmap — offering direction while leaving space for what may naturally emerge during the process.
What happens during follow-up sessions?
In the sessions that follow, we focus on tracking your progress, identifying challenges or inner blocks, adjusting the plan when needed, and strengthening clarity, confidence, and self-trust. We also take time to acknowledge growth and celebrate milestones — both big and small.
What can I expect from our work together?
You can expect a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space where you are met as you are. My role is not to push or to fix, but to support you in developing awareness, clarity, and sustainable forward movement. Coaching is a partnership. The depth of the work depends on your openness and engagement, and it unfolds at a pace that honors your capacity and boundaries.
Will my needs be understood if I am neurodiverse?
As an ADHD and trauma-informed coach, I am experienced in recognizing the challenges you may face. While I am not a psychotherapist, I can create a personalized coaching plan and a supportive environment that helps you achieve real results and satisfaction from the process with understanding and patience.
How long does a session last, and how often do we meet?
Each coaching session lasts 60 minutes. The frequency of sessions depends on your needs and preferences. Some people choose to meet weekly, others every two or three weeks. We will decide together what feels supportive and realistic for you.
Do you work online or in person?
Coaching sessions take place online. Having a quiet, uninterrupted space during our session is important — not only as a sign of respect for our shared time, but also for the quality and depth of the work we do together. A calm environment allows you to focus fully, listen inward, and engage with the process. Choosing such a space is also an act of self-care — a way of telling yourself: this time matters, and so do I.
What is your approach as a coach?
I believe that the answers you are looking for already exist within you. My role is to help you hear them more clearly. I work with presence, thoughtful questions, and respect for your personal rhythm. I do not offer ready-made solutions or judgments. Instead, I support you in developing self-trust, awareness, and clarity that feel true to you.
What about pricing and commitment?
The price of a coaching session is clearly stated on the website. If you have questions or hesitations, you are welcome to reach out — transparency and trust are important to me.
Why are promotional pricing plans limited in time?
Limited-time pricing plans are designed to support focus, efficiency, and realistic timelines. Working within a clear time frame helps create momentum, commitment, and direction — all of which are essential for meaningful progress. Defined start and end points make goals more tangible and allow the coaching process to remain aligned, effective, and goal-oriented. Time-limited plans are not about pressure, but about creating the right conditions for sustainable results.
Are my personal data and our conversations confidential?
Yes. Your personal data is handled with care and in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. All coaching sessions are confidential. Anything shared during our conversations remains private and is treated with respect, trust, and professional discretion. Creating a safe and confidential space is essential for open reflection and meaningful work together.
How do I know if now is the right time to start?
If you feel a pull toward change, clarity, or support, that may already be enough. You do not need to have everything figured out before starting. Sometimes the first step is simply allowing yourself the space to explore where you are and where you want to go — with care, honesty, and intention.
